GM 400 & GM 600

Our team of senior technicians build and assembled the straightening machines with the same care.

A double headed lobes overcome with stuffed rolls on GM-400 and GM-600 allows a regular and high quality of production for dosing soft or hard pastries. Thus, you are free of repetitive tasks and the costs of production are reduced.

Designed round an oversize frame to insure steadiness and hardiness, you will be able to create during many years.

The management software designed according to the wishes of confectioners along 15 years, allows to easyly set up and modify the data during the production on LCD color display 7,5".

Our Straightening machines are designed for setting soft cakes as Macarons, Eclairs, puffs, Financiers, sheet cakes, and biscuits as shortbread, pucks, cookies...

The cleaning is easy and all parts are machine washable.

The SPSI machines are 100% manufactured in France. Two ranges PM400 and GM400-GM600 are designed to meet specific requirements of confectioners.

Options

he machine can collect a device for the rotation of sleeves that allows the confection of round or long twisted biscuits, annular biscuits...and also a device of thread cutter for the various shapes of extruded biscuit according to the outlet ruler.
