PMC 400

The small PCM 400 is designed with the same care as the top-of-range models of the brand.

One single head allows a regular and quality production for the dosing of soft pastes. Thus, you are free of repetitive tasks and your cost of production decrease.

Designed on a short frame, the machine can be put on a table or a trolley (option). The LCD color display 7.5'' allows to easily set your production.

It is designed for setting soft cakes as Macarons, Eclairs, choux, Financiers, Génoise.

Le nettoyage est simple et toutes les pièces passent au lave-vaisselle.

Our machines are 100 % manufactured in France. Two ranges are available: PM400, GM400 et GM600

Options

he machine can collect a device for the rotation of sleeves that allows the confection of round or long twisted biscuits, annular biscuits...and also a device of thread cutter for the various shapes of extruded biscuit according to the outlet ruler.
